1.5% Pyrethrin Aqueous Emulsion

Insecticidal Mechanism

As a typical contact and knockdown insecticide, Pyrethrins act on the nervous system of target insects by interfering with sodium and potassium ion channels in nerve cell membranes. This disrupts normal nerve signal transmission, causing rapid hyperexcitability, paralysis and eventual death of insects within a short time. It features a fast knockdown effect and broad-spectrum insecticidal activity, with extremely low toxicity to warm-blooded animals and humans under normal use conditions.

Main Applications

Pyrethrins 50% is a high-purity raw material for botanical pesticides, widely used in the production of various finished insecticidal products, including household insecticides (mosquito coils, aerosol sprays, mosquito repellent liquids), animal husbandry pest control agents, stored grain protective agents, garden and horticultural insecticides, and public health disinfection products. It is highly effective against common sanitary pests such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, fleas, lice, moths and agricultural pests like aphids and caterpillars, and is widely favored in organic farming and eco-friendly pest control scenarios.

Core Advantages

  • Natural & Eco-Friendly: Derived from natural pyrethrum flowers, biodegradable rapidly in the environment, leaving no persistent residue and avoiding environmental pollution.

  • Low Toxicity & Safe: Low acute toxicity to humans, livestock and aquatic organisms (under rational use), no phytotoxicity to most plants, compliant with food safety and environmental protection standards.

  • Fast-Acting: Rapid knockdown and lethal effect on insects, short control cycle and high efficiency.

  • High Concentration Formulation: 50% active ingredient content ensures high efficacy and reduces dosage and transportation costs, suitable for large-scale formulation production.
